Spring is Coming, and So Are Allergies!

by jim on Wednesday, April 03, 2013 8:00 AM
As mentioned in several of our webpage's articles on Air Cleaning, home pollutants are varied, and can come from almost anywhere. With spring just around the corner, it's very likely one of the larger pollutants in your home will in fact be pollen. If you've ever wondered why when you've been inside, and your allergies haven't been acting up, but as soon as you go outside, they begin to flare—consider that "fresh" outdoor air can have 30 million or more pollutant particles per cubic foot. What Airborne Particles are Found in Your Home?

by jim on Thursday, August 09, 2012 10:32 AM
The particles you breathe in your home come from a variety of sources. Some particles are so small that they are inhaled and then exhaled without being trapped in your lungs. Some larger particles are trapped in your nose and throat and never reach your lungs. Still other particles are too large to be inhaled. The particles most dangerous to you are those that enter your lungs and lodge there. This month C and C Heating and Air Conditioning is offering 25% off of all filters.
