GET COMFY WITH Cozy: The Heart of C & C HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING
When you live in Michigan, you learn pretty quick that comfort isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. The cold winters, humid summers and everything in between require more than just a good HVAC system. They require heart, reliability and someone—or something—that really gets it.
That’s where Cozy comes in.
Born in the middle of a Michigan snowstorm Cozy started out as a small space heater in the back of a C & C Heating and Air Conditioning service van. But this wasn’t your average heater. With every house the van visited something strange would happen. Kids would wave at it. Dogs would bark. And more than once the heater would seem to come to life on its own, glow a little warmer, almost… happy.
The techs started to notice. Cozy would show up at the right time. When a family would get home from a trip and their house would be freezing. Or when a senior couple’s heater would go out in the middle of a storm. Cozy would be there, radiating calm, warmth, and somehow making everything feel just a little better.
Eventually, the team gave the little unit a name: Cozy. And as Cozy made more and more appearances, it was clear—this was more than a name. Cozy had become the spirit of C & C itself.
Today, Cozy is our official mascot, representing everything C & C Heating and Air Conditioning stands for: comfort, reliability, and community care. You’ll see Cozy on service trucks, visiting schools to teach kids about energy safety and sending out tips on how to stay warm in winter and cool in summer.
Cozy isn’t flashy or loud. He doesn’t have superpowers. But he has something better—a commitment to helping people feel better. Whether it’s a 2 am furnace emergency or a regular maintenance visit, Cozy is a reminder that comfort always comes first.
And just like C & C has served Roseville and the Metro Detroit area for years, Cozy plans to stick around for the next 100—and then some.
