My furnace started acting up right before winter hit. I reached out to C&C and they sent someone out to take a look later that day. He was able to get a short-term fix so I had heat that night, and recommended that I replace the furnace due to its age. He explained the options that were available for the new furnace, helped me submit rebates to the utility companies, and walked me through the financing. My new furnace was installed the very next day, and has worked great through this winter season. C&C was also very helpful in communicating with the city to get the installation all approved.
