Standing on their promise of “Service Today…Installation Tomorrow” C & C Heating and Air Conditioning has proudly served the Southeastern Michigan area since 1948. They give credit to their satisfied and loyal customers – who have made our team their first choice for Detroit heating and cooling solutions – for their longstanding reputation as a trusted indoor comfort provider.

We aim to exceed client expectations by employing the best customer service people and holding their company to a high level of customer care. At C & C, friendly customer service people will answer all your questions, scheduling service, helping to arrange financing and guide you through the install and rebate process.

Warehouse on Wheels

Each Technician comes equipped with a fully stocked truck – known as a Warehouse on Wheels – carrying over 1,000 parts. This allows most repairs to be performed right in the customer’s home, saving valuable time and money.

No Surprise Costs

C & C Heating and Air Conditioning believes that every customer deserves to know upfront how much to budget before any heating and cooling installation or repair takes place. In other words, no surprises. An initial flat diagnostic fee is charged in each case – no matter how complex the problem, or how long it takes to identify it. Once the diagnosis is complete, a C & C Registered Technician details all the options and Straight Forward Pricing.
Expert Technicians

Our team is comprised of highly-trained and qualified technicians who undergo annual background checks, random drug testing, extensive technical and customer service training, and are NATE (North American Technician Excellence) Certified. In addition, every home they perform work in is left the way they found it – all technicians wear shoe covers and put down drop cloths to protect floors and valuables.
