C & C Heating & Air Conditioning believes that every customer deserves to know upfront how much to budget before any heating and cooling installation or repair takes place. In other words, no surprises. An initial flat diagnostic fee is charged in each case – no matter how complex the problem, or how long it takes to identify it. Once the diagnosis is complete, a C & C Registered Technician details all the options and Straight Forward Pricing.

Our team is comprised of highly-trained and qualified technicians who undergo annual background checks, random drug testing, extensive technical and customer service training, and are NATE (North American Technician Excellence) Certified. In addition, every home they perform work in is left the way they found it – all technicians wear shoe covers and put down drop cloths to protect floors and valuables.

Each Technician comes equipped with a fully stocked truck – known as a Warehouse on Wheels – carrying over 1,000 parts. This allows most repairs to be performed right in the customer’s home, saving valuable time and money.
